Customers may provide their name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, vehicle year/model/trim, optional VIN, requested parts or accessories, and free-text comments. The site may also store a selected vehicle and accessory quote cart in the customer's browser for convenience.
Why information is requested
Information is used to help the parts team respond to inquiries, check vehicle compatibility, prepare estimates, and communicate about requested parts or accessories. Submitting a request does not place an order or authorize payment.
How information is submitted and handled
Customer request forms are processed through Netlify Forms. Form submission notifications are sent to the parts department, and requests are also transferred to a staff request dashboard using a server-side integration with Supabase. Authorized dealership personnel use these systems to review and respond to requests. Netlify and Supabase support the processing and storage of information submitted through the site.
Browser storage
The site uses browser storage to remember a selected vehicle and accessories added to a quote cart. Customers can clear these selections through their browser's site-data settings. The cart is not a payment checkout. Browser storage should not be treated as a secure place for confidential information.
Sharing and retention
Requests may be accessible to authorized dealership personnel and service providers supporting the website, forms, and staff dashboard. Records are retained as needed to handle inquiries and for applicable business or legal purposes. No fixed deletion period is promised. Do not submit financial or highly sensitive data
Do not enter credit card numbers, bank account details, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive financial information into parts request fields or comments. Payment or financing arrangements, if offered, use separate processes.
